The hirer must
be responsible for all the charges incurred due to
machinery loss or damage. |

The hirer must
ensure that whether there is enough fuel, water and
lubricant for our machine operation. |
| |
|
|
|
| 3. |
The
rental of machinery does not include any fuel or lubricant,
installation or cable connection, operators and the
public (Third Party) liability insurance etc. |

| |
|
|
|
| 4. |
The
owner will be responsible for the repairing and maintenance
of rented machinery. The owner will arrange regular
repairing and maintenance schedules which depend mainly
on the conditions of the machinery. |

| |
|
|
|
5. |
The
rental of air breaker and air drill does not include
shank and bit. The hirer must bear all the cost for
spare parts and repair workmanship, Also air breaker,
drill and hose must be hired together with air compressor. |

| |
|
|
|
6. |
The
hirer must use the machine properly. If the machine
is misused and is operated over its normal capacity,
the owner has the right to stop the operation of the
machinery. |

| |
|
|
|
7. |
The
hirer must be responsible for all the delivery charge
of the machinery. Moreover, the hirer must ensure
that the delivering, exchanging or collection of the
machine can be done by the heavy crane lorry without
any difficulty. If delivery is done by sea, it must
be arranged and paid by the hirer. |

8. |
For
hire of vibrating roller, working platform and light
tower, the repairing and maintenance for all the rubber
tyres must be arranged by the hirer and the owner
will not bear for any charge. |

9. |
The rental charges
on holidays and bad weather cannot be deducted. |
| |
|
|
|
10. |
All rental fees
are charged when machine departs from and returns
to our workshop. |
| |
|
|
|
| 11. |
The
minimum rental period is 7 days except special arrangement.
If the rental period is less than 1 month, charges
on
daily rate will be applied. |

| |
|
|
|
| 12. |
Average
daily operation time is 10 hours. Any exceed (overtime)
would be charged on a pro rata basis calculated on
monthly rental price. |

| |
|
|
|
| 13. |
If
the rented machine damage on site, the owner will
arrange repair work, but do not take any responsibility
concerning the
operation of hirer's project. |
| |
| |
|
|
|
14. |
During
the period of the lease for the rented machinery,
the hirer and/or the site owner and/or the main contractor
of the sie shall be fully responsible purchase sufficient
insurance policy to cover"all risks". |

| |
|
|
|
15. |
During
the period of the lease for the rented machinery,
the site owner and/or the main-contractor of the site
(but not the owner of the rented mchinery) shall bear
all losses and damaged whatsover caused icluding but
not limited to the economic loss caused by the rented
machinery, fir, water, theft and others. |

機械租賃條款： |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
1. |
機械如有遺失及損壞，租客須照價賠償。 |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
2. |
租客須保持機械使用時有足夠之油渣、偈油及水。 |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| 3. |
租出之機械，不包機手、油渣、偈油、安裝或接線等；亦不包使用人員及第三者保險。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 4. |
機械維修及保養由機主負責。機械保養之日期、工序及細則由機主視乎機械之狀況作出安排。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 5. |
租用風炮及風鑽，不包炮尖及鑽杆；另維修零件費須由租客負責
; 另風炮，風鑽及風喉需跟隨風機一併租賃 。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 6. |
租用之機械，不得超過該機之正常負荷，否則機主有權禁止使用。 |
| |
|
|
|
7. |
不論租期長短，來回遠近，運費全由租客負責。不論交機、換機或還機，租客必須確定運輸車輛能於陸路順利搬運，若有需要以水路運輸，租客須自行安排，機主將不會支付水路運輸費。 |
| |
| |
|
|
|
8. |
租用震轆，高空工作台及流動射燈，所有輪胎如有損壞或因使用時而需修補或更換，概由租客負責，機主將不會承擔任何費用。 |
| |
|
|
|
|
9. |
租用期內，不論假期、打風、落雨，租金照計。 |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
10. |
租用期由出廠日起計至回廠日止。 |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| 11. |
除特別註明外，最少計租
7 天，租用不足1個月則以日租計。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 12. |
租用之機械，每天只許運作10小時，如超時運作，租客須按月租比例付超時費。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 13. |
租出之機械,如中途壞機,
本司負責修理,但因壞機影響地盤之運作, 本司恕不負擔責任。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 14. |
租出之機械，所有保險由地盤及
/ 或租用方負責。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 15. |
在租用期間機械引致水浸，水災，盜竊或其它意外造成之經濟損失由地盤及
/ 或租用方承擔。 |
| |
|
|
|
| 16. |
以上價格及條款如有變更，恕不另行通告。 |
